In some myths, white dogs are widely seen as the embodiment of an innocent soul and pure spirit.
This purity begs me to take solace and look at my consciousness.
Am I living my highest self, the spirit that came into this body so innocent and pure?
White animals are regarded as divine messengers in many cultures.
That dog is white as if to say, “Remember the bright and clean spirit I have within me.”
It pushes me to remove the negativity I might have let linger over time.
This purification is necessary for me to evolve, and so I do this.
In addition, just as white dogs are pure beings that play, their innocent and playful attitudes remind me of how to see the world with wonderment like a child.
That innocence is a salve – so long as I can remember to return, in even just moments and tastes of time the world around me.
To adopt the innocence represented by the white dog brings me newer, richer levels of tranquility and balance in my life.
It is about protection
Dogs have enjoyed the noble view of protectors and guides throughout history.
I took it to mean that my guardian spirit was watching over me and protecting me while in the form of a white dog.
White dogs, especially, are viewed as representatives of light and positivity.
If I see a white dog, I know that an angelic-like entity is guiding me.
Such presence can offer a sense of safety and security with the experience, particularly so in times of confusion or fear.
The white dog, as a spiritual guide for me, tells me to be faithful in the process and that I am guided.
That trust can be a bridge that lets me lay my fears and anxieties down for long enough to march ahead confidently with clarity.
Now I feel more secure in my spiritual path, that guardian spirit of the white dog will always protect me near by- once it showed up during meditation.

Change is a major theme for most spiritual practices, and when this white dog enters your life you are about to go through a transformation that will bring with it new beginnings.
White is associated with new beginnings.
Because when a white dog shows up in my life, maybe the universe is trying to tell me that I am coming into an area of change.
This change can manifest as self-improvement, others and my environment. The white dog tells me to welcome these changes into my life.
Transformation takes courage, and it requires inner strength. The white dog can offer me emotional grounding.
It is about compassion
A white dog can also be a highly symbolic message of compassion.
Dogs are generally a representation of undying and loyal love.

Even though I realize that nothing is coincidental, to believe instead that the universe and just looking out for me can bring a sort of ease.
I feel more in tune with the holy power of nature by accepting the white dog as a spiritual sign to guide me on my way.
It is about harmony
We need more balance and harmony to live a full life.
If a white dog is spotted by me, it can be an indication to balance both aspects of my life which help with integration in any way.
It can be hard to find peace in a busy, stressful world. Having the white dog near me gives me an open area to calm and relax, getting re-connected on inner peace.
It is a balance that encompasses more than just mental peace but also healthy relationships and energy in my day-to-day life.
The white dog helps me remember to take good care of myself, that it is the key to peace and balance. If I embody the qualities of that white dog, my existence becomes more peaceful and fulfilling.
